RULES

 

 
 

 

  1. The committee reserve the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason, to cancel the show and all rights of admission.

 

  1. Entries close 22nd June 2009. Late entries accepted £2 per class, excepting class 13. No telephone entries accepted. All entries must have correct entry fee enclosed. (Cheques made payable to Area 42)

 

  1. The decision of the judges is final. Any objection must be lodged in writing with the Show Secretary, within 30 minutes of the ending of the class, with a deposit of £100 this to be refunded if objection sustained. BSJA rule 198 will apply.

 

  1. The organizers do not hold themselves responsible for anything that may happen to the competitors, servants, horses, spectators or their property in connection with or arising out of this show. It shall be a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the organizers against any legal action whatsoever arising from any accident.

 

  1. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

 

  1. It is a duty of competitors to ensure that they are current members of the BSJA.

 

  1. If insufficient starters Rule 76.6 may apply.

 

  1. A contribution of £1 per competitor towards first aid.

 

  1. The attention of owners of stallions is drawn to the BSJA rule 82.21

 

  1. All prize money in Sponsored classes will be paid out, unless directed by sponsor if insufficient entries in class.
